Ship your modules to our facility using any courier. We provide a shipping address and intake reference number on order confirmation.
We process, test, package, and return your modules within the agreed turnaround window, with a batch QC report attached.
Beyond standard
Standard GOB encapsulation covers most requirements. For specific applications, we offer the following additional services — all quoted individually.
Application-specific resin selection for extreme cold (−40°C), high-UV outdoor, marine environments, or high-brightness modules requiring enhanced thermal performance. Includes formulation review and a sample run before production commitment.
Standard GOB produces a gloss surface. For retail, hospitality, or control room applications where ambient reflections must be minimized, we offer a matte surface finish option that reduces specular reflectance while maintaining optical clarity.
For customers with stringent reliability requirements, we offer extended aging tests including 72-hour powered burn-in, thermal cycling per customer spec, and accelerated UV aging with full photometric measurement before and after exposure.
Before you commit to a production run on a new module type, we can process a 10–50 module evaluation batch and provide a full compatibility report: adhesion test, optical measurement, waterproof verification, and process parameter recommendation.
For display manufacturers who want to offer GOB modules under their own brand, we provide full white-label processing with your preferred QC report format, packaging label, and documentation. NDAs available on request.
For GOB modules with isolated LED failures or localized delamination, we offer targeted rework: resin removal over the failed area, LED replacement, and re-encapsulation. Feasibility depends on module type — contact us with photos for assessment.
Frequently asked
We provide processing services only — we do not manufacture or sell LED modules. You supply your own modules from whichever manufacturer you use, and we return them GOB-encapsulated. This means you retain full control over your module supplier relationship and pricing.
All incoming modules are documented with photos and an electrical test result before processing begins. If a module is damaged during our handling or processing, we take full responsibility and will replace it or compensate at the agreed module value. Pre-existing defects documented on intake are not our liability — which is why the incoming inspection step exists and is shared with the customer before we proceed.
Yes. Facility visits are welcome by appointment. Third-party quality audits can be arranged — we routinely host customer audits and have supported ISO 9001 supplier qualification processes. Contact us to schedule.
No minimum. We process orders from a single module (for evaluation purposes) to hundreds of thousands. Unit pricing for very small quantities is higher due to fixed setup and intake costs, but we do not turn away small orders — especially first-time sample runs where a customer is evaluating our process.
Before shipping, confirm your order with us and receive an intake reference number. This number must be written on the outer carton. We’ll provide the full shipping address at order confirmation. For international shipments, please declare the contents as “LED display modules for processing/repair” and list the value — do not declare as “gift” or undervalue, as this causes customs delays on return.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs for customers who require confidentiality around their module designs, supplier information, or project details. Standard NDA turnaround is 1–2 business days. Contact us to request our template or to send yours for review.
